All items are shipped with a tracking number USPS.
If your order contains an error, please check your order to make sure that the information you provided originally is correct. If the error is our fault we will gladly mail out a replacement at no charge.

items must be returned in original condition to receive a refund or
exchange.

or delays in shipping. We use the information that is supplied by
you, the customer. IF the product does get returned we will gladly
re-ship to a new location, AT
